This motel goes back to the 1950's at least if not before. It was run by Emery and Eva Wolfington in those days. It was east of Coldwater on US-12, right next to the Abram Fisk House. As of 2022, this lot is the home of Bish's RV of Coldwater.
I have analyzed this place for the last 5 hours and by piecing together multiple historical photos and looking up genealogy records on the former owners, I believe I have it located. See the comparison below for my analysis. This place was quite a mish-mash of buildings so it wasn't easy to figure it all out.
