I found an old yearbook ad for Swarts One Stop Market (Later Bill's Market) at 479 Marshall St. That location fits the general description of where this motel was so I will go with that for now. I would think the market and motel were pretty close to one another.
I am having trouble locating this place on the current or historical aerials. As far as I know, it is long gone. From the look, it seems to go back to the 1950's or so.
