Update 5/18/2024: For some reason Google Maps will not take you to this address even though it appears on their map. The motel sits at Old Hwy 27 S & Lombard Ave for those interested in finding it today. It appears to be apartments.
The Parkview goes back to the early 1950's and was run by Marty and Stella Pepsin. It still stands as of 2022 but does not appear to be operating as a motel. The sign was still there in 2015 but that has since come down. The same van can be seen in the street views that are 4 years apart. There were a few cars in the lot in the photos from 2008 or so. Their profile on the PureMichigan site is still up so they were going not too long ago it seems.
