Update 9/28/2024: I believe I have found an earlier photo of this motel that indicated it was operated as Perrin's Motel. The description of the location and the general style of the building match up. See photos below.
The old Birch Hill Motel is either an apartment or a private residence as of 2023. The building still stands and looks to be in decent shape. It does show up on the 1954 aerial photo so it goes back to at least that time.
