The building that housed National Boatland was present on the 1951 aerial photo. Whether it was under that name at that time I am not sure. I am about 97% sure about the location for this one. I have photos I took in 2002 but they had no GPS data. Looking at the aerial photos and the newspaper archives, I believe I have it right. This store closed sometime before the mid 1990's and it sat empty for a while. Eventually it was demolished (around 2005) and a medical building now sits on the lot as of 2022.
