This site had what appeared to be a small restaurant on it since 1951. They may have been an early incarnation of the Ron-De-Vu. As of 2023, the lot is being used for used cars but the building does resemble an old drive-in restaurant. The 2008 street view indicates it was a restaurant just prior to that.
