This 12 unit motel was established in 1953 by Mr. and Mrs. Fred deCastro. In 1967, the motel was put up for sale and was purchased by Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth King. Sometime in the early 2000's the motel was sold again and demolished. 4Front Credit Union sits on the lot as of 2023.
