The Capri Motel is present on the 1956 aerial photo. It was being run by Frank Hamilton in the 80's. Robert C. Nowakowski also ran the place until he retired. In the late 90's, it was Gerald and Kimberly Wades. In 1996, an employee was charged with robbing the till. It disappeared sometime after 2005 and a bank sits on the lot as of 2023. I don't have a street view shot of it yet nor do I have a postcard image. There was another old motel across the street and there is still one as of 2023 a few doors down. I will identify them all eventually.
