The old Park Villa Motel goes back to the 1950's or before. It was operated by Mr. and Mrs. John E. Post early on. It doesn't appear to be operating as a motel as of 2023 but it may be apartments. The building is intact and being maintained. Cars are parked alongside also on the street views.
