Blue Water Court goes back to 1950 or before on the East Bay. It was operated by Jack and Ethel McVittie back then. It sat between what is now Sugar Beach Resort and Sugar Beach Villas as of 2023. For reference, the address would be roughly 1773 US-31 North for reference.
