Update 4/14/2024 from Mrs. Thompson: When Munson Motor Inn was torn down, it was replaced by Heritage Inn (see attachment). I do believe Heritage Inn was in business until the late 90s/early 2000. The building was then transformed into the Howard Johnson you see today.
The Letherby goes back to 1960 or before according to the newspaper archives. By 1980, it was operating as the Munson Motor Inn.
