Update 4/21/2025: I have discovered that this place is still standing and operating as Waterside Resort & Boat Rental. The reviews are good.
I am guessing this old motel sat near the intersection between South Bayou and Hamlin Lake. I see a long boat dock in the current aerial photo that appears to have been covered in the historical photos. As for where the motel was exactly, I am not sure. It doesn't seem to be in operation as of 2023.
