The Ludington Motel goes back to 1954. It once had a dining room attached in the 1950's that seemed pretty high-end. The place went up for sale a few times before finally closing sometime in the 1980's. The building itself stood awhile until it was demolished by the early 1990's. I am using the address of a business out in front of where the motel stood for reference.
