I believe I have found the building for the old Wharff's Dinner Bell. It corresponds closely to the location mentioned on the postcards and most of the building structure lines up. The exhaust stacks in particular look to be the same. It's obvious it has had some changes made, for example the overhang on the front was enclosed. It is now operating as Purge-a-tory Thrift Store and Flea Market.
