Great Lakes Bowling Centre goes back to the early 1940's. In those days the pins were set by hand, hence the ad for pinsetters. Not an easy job from what my mom told me. This alley is long gone, being demolished sometime in the 1980's. I believe it was closed before that as it started losing money in the 1970's. There is a White Castle on the lot now so I used that as the address.
