I found some mentions of this theater in the Adrian newspaper archives. The theater was dismantled in May 1920. It was said the equipment was going to be moved to Deerfield. The newspaper gave the address as 121 S Main.

The Star Theatre was listed in the 1914-1915 edition of American Motion Picture Directory. In May 1916 it was renamed Garden Theatre.
