The Wig-Wam was a bar restaurant that featured live bands and was started in the 50s or before. It later became known as Tee-Pee Town in the 1970s. There isn't much information on it beyond that time but the building stood empty until 2018 or so. The Tee-Pee structures were long gone by then. Palmyra Speedway was right across the street.
