I found this old motel on a 1950s aerial photo. I have 2 motels in Sawyer I have not fully identified yet. One is the Pine Line Motel but that was stated to be close to what was the I and M Nuclear Power Plant (now D.C. Cook Nuclear Power Plant) in a classified ad. I have added the ads regarding that below. The other is the Sunshine Motel which I have very little on other than that it existed. The structure for the motel at this address still stands but appears to be a private residence as of 2025. I will determine which motel this was and update this listing but for now I will call it undetermined.
