This motel goes back to the early 1950's. It operated successfully for many years and was owned by Ken and Madelyn Kline for 16 years up until 2008. That year it was converted to Suncoast Park Model Village which is a seasonal mobile home park. Folks can rent lots for their mobile homes or get one from a local dealer, which enables them to enjoy Warren Dunes State Park across the street in the summer months.
