This place was a hotel, condo, and restaurant operation that also had an indoor pool. This lot had structures on it going back as far as the 1950s. The configuration seen in the photos that were known as the Clearwater Hotel seem to have been built in the late 70s or early 80s. By the early 2000s, the place was for sale. I am not sure how long it was open beyond that but the entire place was wiped off the map by 2010. It was an amazing spot right on the beach so its a shame it didn't stay open.
