I believe I have this one located correctly but I am not 100% on it. The old Brevort Resort was a series of cabins in a semicircle with a restaurant out front. It was operated by Dallas and Ella Heenan in the earlier days. It goes back to the 1950's at least. The Heenan's put it up for sale in 1965 but I am not sure who owned it after that. The restaurant was torn down but the foundation remains. The cabins sit empty and the Backwoods Farm Market occupies the front of the lot as of 2023.
