This motel started in the early 60's and was operated by Verl and Betty Anspach back then. It converted to a motel/apartment pretty early on. It sat next to what was then All Star Bowling Lanes but both the motel and bowling alley are gone as of 2023. A Culver's sits on the lot of the motel so I am using that address but technically the motel was at 8510 Saginaw.
