The Blue Ribbon motel goes back to the early 1950's. It was once owned by John and Myrtle Miller. Myrtle passed away in 1964. The motel was put up for sale prior to that. It looks like the 2 motel wings survived into the 90's but I don't believe they were open as a motel at that time. Perhaps apartments? The house structure seems to be still standing as of 2023.
