The Blue Spruce was demolished sometime after 1998. It is an empty lot as of 2024. The address I am using is actually across the street on the shore side because the empty lot does not have an address anymore. As of 2015, the lot was being used for the Hiawatha Shores Landfill, but has since moved to Gulliver.
