The only information I have on this place is the one old photo and some news articles. The place was once owned by Eldon F Bawks, who passed away in 1986. It was already "formerly" Leland's by 1958. I believe I have found the location based on a current street view and comparing it to the post card. The building at 102 E Grand River today is not the same. The original Leland's building has been demolished.
