Every Michigander knows about Schuler's. This entry is documenting the Marshall location but there were others so I will also post info and photos of those here. I used to go to the one on Maple Rd in West Bloomfield but it closed. Most folks love to buy their soft cheese at the store. The family has been operating restaurants for over 100 years and it continues to be very popular.
In 2019, Hans Schuler announced that his long time assistant Sue Damron has acquired full ownership of the restaurant and will now serve as the President & CEO of the last remaining Schuler’s Restaurant in Marshall, which was also the first. As of 2022, the Marshall location is the last one still open, hopefully for many years to come.
