Update 2/23/2025: Based on historical aerial photography and some old news articles I am 90% sure this place sat across the street from where Country Smoked Fish sits as of 2025. I am using their address for reference as the old Checker lot is now empty. The restaurant was gone by the late 1980's. The restaurant was run by the Rogers family in the early days.
There is a place called Lehto's Pasties in the general area of where this restaurant was. I am not sure if Lehto's is a later incarnation of this location or not. There is another location called the Country Store too. Both look similar in build but not quite the same as this place. This is right down the street from The Mystery Spot attraction.
