The company was incorporated in 1946 and dissolved in 1997 according to public records. I remember seeing the ads for this chain for many years. It was a major source of floor coverings for Southeastern Michigan. Toward the end of their run, the chain ran into trouble with the Oakland County Prosecutor stemming from consumers saying they were cheated by the store.
