Update July 8th 2022: The Brown City Facebook group came through and confirmed most of my assumptions and also provided a photo of Nagy's which you can see was obviously the theater also.
Converted to Nagy's Bowling Lanes in 1957 AKA Mars
I searched high and low for a photo of either the theater or the bowling lanes and found nothing. I did find a mention of a bowling alley in Brown City called Brown City Lanes & Lounge at 4174 Main, with the thought it might be the former Nagy's Bowling lanes and hence the theater. Another article indicated that facility burned in 2008 or 2009. I also found a brief mention of the theater in a 1929 Flint Journal article which can be seen below.
