AKA Watervliet, Ritz
This theater was built in 1938 and operated into the 1950's. It was eventually sold and converted to a furniture store. The latest available street view as of 2016 shows the building occupied with a hobby shop. The building looks much the same as the inset in the wall where the movie posters were once displayed are still there.
