This old theater probably goes back to the 1930's or before. Looking at the street views as compared to the old photo, I found a series of buildings that seem to match. If I am right, the address would be 173 N Division Ave. Even that is speculative because there are 2 storefronts that seem to occupy that spot. The one I am focusing on is a brown brick front with 2 windows on top, very similar to the theater.
