I would say this place goes back to the 1960's. It lasted until the 1990's but was gone by 2005. It was for sale as recently as 1999. I am pretty sure about the address. I am basing it on the general location, shape of the structure and positioning of the building. As of 2023, SCI Cleaning & Maintenance sits on the old lot but it is a new building. The driveway does go up a hill which is very similar to the postcard photo for the motel so I think I have this right.
