Based on the old postcard phone number, I would say this motel goes back to the 1950's. It is still operating as of 2023 with fantastic reviews as the Maple Tree Inn. You can see from the photos the motel still has the vintage feel but is very well-maintained. It appears the roof structure was modified a bit along the way.
