This motel was known as the Manor Motel per the article provided below. Thanks to the submitter JB Allen on this. I found a couple of classified ads indicating the place goes back to 1955.
This old motel goes back to before 1955. It was closed before 2009 and was torn down by 2010. A business called Helping Hands occupies the lot as of 2023. I will eventually find the correct name for this motel. It is a one word name possibly starting with a "W" according to the sign.
