The old Flamingo Motel goes back to the 1950's at least and was owned by Ozzie Marucci back then. It took some time to nail down the location until I found out the old Theo's Bowling (later Diamond Bowl) was nearby. The motel structure looks different in 2023 with a gable roof instead of flat and some other changes. The historical aerial definitely matches the 1971 bird's eye view. I believe the motel is being used for apartments as of 2023.
