I would say this motel goes back to the late 50's or early 60's. The building was still standing as of 2022 but the motel is closed for now. The original address I believe was 1495 US-23 as per the Ancestry.com record of the former owners which were Thomas and Adaline Sherry. They were formerly from Detroit. Both have since passed away.
