The 11 unit Paul Bunyan Motel goes back to the 1940's. I am pretty sure it was where Airgas sits as of 2023. There are lots across the street that are also a possibility but the Airgas lot looks more correct based on the historical aerial photos and street views. According to an article, it was slated for demolition as early as 2002.
