The 102 unit Chesterfield Motor Inn goes back to 1969 and right off the bat they were offering monthly leases.They ran an ad every week in the classified section, a sample of which is below. There were ads for barmaids in the 70's so they must have had a lounge and/or restaurant. Somebody got robbed here in 2010 so it was still open at the time. It was demolished by 2017 and a strip mall sits on the site as of 2023. The sign at this place was awesome and apparently it was saved by someone when the place closed.
