From what I can tell, there were multiple structures involved in this motel. 1 sites on the waterfront and is still operating as of 2023. There are 2 other buildings adjacent and near the water, which are no longer listed as motels. Perhaps they are now apartments. The motel still operating has very inviting rooms and the views of the water look amazing.
