I believe I have located M-21 Motor Court on Imlay City Rd, roughly where the Pine Lakes Community sits as of 2023. It seems there was an owners house with tourist cabins next door which is what the aerial photo shows. The location described on the post card roughly matches also. Sometime between the 60's and the 80's, these cabins and the main house were razed.
