The old Biltmore Motel shows up on the aerial photos as early as 1951. Sometime between 2002 and 2005, it was demolished. My sense is it closed prior to that and sat empty for a few years. It is now an empty lot with nary a trace of the old motel. The postcard listed the city as Trenton but apparently that is now Brownstown Twp. I have discovered this motel was once known as the Tourist Haven based on an old postcard with the same address.
