I am not seeing a trace of this motel as of 2022. According to the 1955 ad it was near Sleeping Bear Dunes. It was run by Ray and Grace Greenan. I am not seeing an obvious location even going back to the 1954 aerial photo. Either way it had a great rustic look to it, wish it was still there.
Update June 2, 2023:
It turns out this motel was renamed the Sleeping Bear Motel then renamed again to Duneswood Resort. The resort is operating as of 2023 and the reviews are very good.

Welp, I found yet another motel postcard whose information seems to correspond with this place which is the Dune Valley Motel. I might have this all wrong, but for now I will add it here. There is one ad and a postcard below.
