Update 9/23/2025:
I did some additional research on this resort and found that one of the earlier owners, Dave and Ruth Cordy, were operators of Gogebic Lodge. Following that up it seems that is also Weber's Resort. I compared the 1952 aerial photo to the vintage postcards and the distinct posts surrounding the parking areas show up in both. The lodge on the site today appears to be a newer build, replacing the original.
This place goes back to 1932. I found ads for it from the 1950's and 1960's. It had lodging, dining, and a lounge. At some point it ceased to exist. There is a place called Gogebic Lodge on the lake up there but I am not sure if that is the new incarnation of this place. It looks quite different.
