I nailed down the address on this. It is now gone and replaced by Clarion Hotel Beachfront. The historical aerial shows the 2 wings with the covered pool area in the photo. This motel was run by Mr. and Mrs. Alfonso Leighio as well as Gena and Gert Garbinski.
