This place had it all. Heated pool and close to the ferry docks.
Update May 4 2023 - This place has been sitting in plain site (sort of) the entire time at 1020 S Nicolet St. It was also known as King's Inn. The sign and a remainder of the structure is visible on the 2018 street view. You can see from the distinct shape of the sign on the postcard and the street view it is the same. The main building was wiped out by 2009 and a cannabis dispensary called "Lume" now sits on the old lot as of 2023.
