This bakery goes back to 1912 and was originally known as Watson-O'Leary Dairy. The bakery changed hands over the years and eventually became Everything Chocolate in 2004. Silverstone Jewelers now occupies the building. Previously it had also been a bridal shop, offices of the Brighton Argus newspaper (I assume that was upstairs), and others.
