This gem of a corner had it all. A restaurant, motel, and service station all run by the Garlets family. The motel closed many years ago but the restaurant was going strong until 2013 until it was tragically destroyed by fire. It was beloved by locals and visitors alike. A canoe rental outlet sits on the site as of 2023.
