Inman's goes back to the 1940's. This entry is in reference to the Galesburg location but there were also locations in Benton Harbor, Albion, and Niles. All were along the I-94 corridor. The original restaurant in Galesburg was destroyed by fire in 1982. A new structure was built on the spot and the Time Out Lounge sits there today.
