The building was sold and reopened in 2023 as 33 North Eats and Treats.
As far as I know this DQ was open in 2022. The sign indicated it was returning in March but it wasn't open when I went by on 4-15-2023. The DQ logos have all been removed. As of now, the building stands but I am not sure if it is opening for the 2023 season. I hope it does as it still looks to be in good shape.
