This place is currently operating as Sanilac Coffee.
The Beachcomber was around in the 1960's and 1970's. There was a request to expand the place in 1969 that was turned down by the city. I am sure this little building housed many small businesses over the years. The most recent I believe was Split Enz hair salon. You can see from the real estate photos it is still plumbed up for a salon with a full length mirror on the wall. Hopefully someone will put something new in here.
